I have a dv6 with Vista, my cam is broke as well but a co-worker has an hp with windows 7 and he uses webcam driver 2.

UPDATE ON DATA: Windows Professional N with Media Center update, 4 gig ram, AMD Athlon 2.4 Ghz 64 X2 dual core 4600+, and a D-Link DIR-632 router in the house. Is running XP Media Center, and she can click printscreen and then get the image from the clipboard with no problem. My laptop is running Windows 7 Professional N, and I can click printscreen on it with no problems. Yawcam is programmed in Java, but requires Windows 2000, XP or Vista with DirectX 9 and Windows Media Player 9 or later. Its easy to just minimize Yawcam to the taskbar when not in use. ( HTTP://196.168.1.106:8081/) My wife can view the web page at the same time. Yawcam is customizable, and from the preferences you can adjust most of the features of the program.
